Show the catalog of your products to your users via WhatsApp
This is the "catalog" option that is very useful for SMEs and large companies. It allows to show users all your available products and /or services. In addition to providing more information quickly by using a customer service.
In order to create a catalog, it is necessary to use the WhatsApp Bussines app. Consumers do not have to change apps, they will be able to interact with the company using their normal WhatsApp application.
How you can create a product catalog in WhatsApp, we explain it here:
- The first thing to do is download and /or open the WhatsApp Business application, select the "Settings" option in the menu in the upper right corner.
- Once there, you must go to "Company settings" and select the "catalog" option. If the "Catalog" option does not appear, you must update the WhatsApp Business application, you may not have the latest version of it.
- "Add a product or service" and select the symbol (+) to add images. You can select them both from the cell phone image gallery and open the camera to take an image.
- Write the name of the product and its details. Touch save and repeat the action as many times as necessary to add each of the products from the company's catalog on WhatsApp.
Users will also have direct access to the catalog, where they can consult all the products and services available.
